How do I add a workout video?
Share a video straight from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook into Fitness Vault, paste a link in the Import screen, or record your own from the gym. It lands in your library, tagged and ready to use.
Is it free?
Yes. The free tier covers 20 saved videos, one program, manual tagging, and full stats — no ads, no watermark. Premium unlocks unlimited videos, unlimited programs, and AI auto-tagging. You can start without creating an account.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Profile and choose Delete Account. Everything — videos, programs, logs, and any analytics events — is wiped immediately. See the Privacy Policy for details.
